Updates

I thought I'd put up an update on here so that the blog doesn't look empty while I'm still here in the US.

I had told most people that my trip probably wouldn't start till early October. After consulting with my uncle however, it seems that I may leave as early as mid September. Its not a huge difference, but I don't want anyone to feel that I lied to them. :-)

I still don't exactly know how often I will be able to update the blog. From what I hear, we will be lucky if the places we go to have electricity. My uncle does have an iPhone, so I can probably update from that once in a while when we're on the road. All other updating will have to wait till I have some form of connection to the Internet. I will also be adding a twitter feed to this blog so that I can quickly update my status by sending text-messages... again, whenever we have service (though with the way tech in India is going, we'll probably have cell service more often than electricity :P).

I'll will post an update later outlining the entire trip with dates and events as soon as possible!
